The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 333 -- “A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §51-1-23, relating to the creation of a Court Facilities Maintenance Fund; providing for administration of the fund; providing for moneys received by the fund; providing for the uses for the funds; providing for collections to be from rent and other payments; and providing for expenditures for specified purposes in accordance with Legislative appropriation.”
